PORTFOLIOS
How are the portfolios doing?
The first portfolio, despite the recent market declines, is holding up very well. It's almost 20 points ahead of the S&P 500.
The best position has been Ray Search Laboratories with a gain of almost 50%, and the worst has been Dynacor Group, which is down -4%.
The second portfolio was not so lucky. It has been -14%, and the S&P500 in the same period is practically flat. Ooooopssss....
The blame for the sizeable fiasco is mainly attributable to two of its positions. One is the Korean company Double Down Interactive. It is down 30%. Bad results in the earnings release.
Electromed was also unlucky, losing almost 27%. In this case, the results were good.
Despite this Electromed has initiated a stock repurchase program, which will surely reflate the share price. There is still hope for Electromed!!!!

FINAL COMMENT
When you look at Twitter, or other social networks, it's fascinating, all investors do well or very well. This doesn't happen to me. Sometimes I do well, and sometimes I do poorly.
I end the experiment with companies at new highs. It is not an investment style that suits me, I do not cope well with such a high error rate. Despite this, I found it a fun and logical way to invest. At the same time uncomplicated. Possibly in a more bullish market context, with all stocks rising across the board, it could go much better.
This concludes the summary of strategies and portfolios featured in this Newsletter articles. I will publish another small cap analysis shortly.
